Angle Tarn, Langstrath

Angle Tarn nestles on the eastern flank of Esk Pike just below the 2000 foot contour. It was on the route of the annual Four Peaks Mountain Marathon where you drop down from Esk Hause before turning north-east towards Stake Pass and High Raise.

The image is a play on the semantic possibilities of the words: Angle Tarn, Langstrath and Four Peaks, and the ripple effect of water.
