Coledale Horseshoe

A favourite walk, normally undertaken in an anti-clockwise direction. Grisedale Pike first, and depending on the day, Hopegill Head, Ladyside Pike, Whiteside, Sand Hill, Grasmoor, Wandope, Crag Hill, Scar Crags, Causey Pike and between Outerside and Barrow back to Braithwaite. Viewed from Keswick, the top section of Grisedale Pike is triangular in shape, Causey Pike summit a sphere. The flat topped Grasmoor completed the set.
