Crinkle Crags

My first introduction to Crinkle Crags was the Langdale Fell Race. A very difficult place to navigate in mist. ‘Is this the third or fourth Crinkle?’ The name is very descriptive, a serrated edge of knobs and depressions. It is a fell walker’s delight, it can be a fell runner’s nightmare. Being an optimist I thought I would depict it on a bright summer’s day.
