Daffodils

‘Ten thousand saw I at a glance’ ... probably William Wordsworth’s best known poem. The daffodils in Gowbarrow Park, Ullswater, the inspiration for the poem are little changed. However, Dove Cottage, Wordsworth’s home from 1799, and Grasmere are much busier today.
