Day 29*

Day 29 of my Wainwright Challenge saw me at Seathwaite, in Borrowdale, with my running club colleague Pauline Fischer. We started at 9.15am going via Stockley Bridge, Grains Gill and Esk Hause to Great End, the first summit of the day.

My diary entry for the day reads: ascending Scafell via Lord's Rake and West Wall Traverse was a different experience for Pauline. The Wasdale Screes are always impressive. We enjoyed a restorative pot of tea with Kathy (support) at Wasdale Head. A good day.

We finished the day in Wasdale at 3.45pm.
